BioShock Creator Ken Levine’s New Game, Judas, Planned For Release By March 2025

BioShock creator Ken Levin’s new game, Judas, is planned for release by March 2025 according to Take-Two Interactive’s quarterly earnings report and CEO Strauss Zelnick.

Judas is the first game to be released by Ghost Story Games, a development studio founded by Levine following his work on the BioShock series. While a firm release date has yet to be revealed, the earnings report did provide a sizeable release window for the upcoming FPS.

Judas planned to release before March 2025, according to Take-Two

The quarterly earnings report states that between the fiscal year 2023 and the fiscal year 2025 Take-Two plan to release 87 different games, with it being confirmed to IGN by Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two, that Judas is one of those games.

Judas has been in development since 2014 and is Ken Levine’s first game since BioShock Infinite: Burial At Sea was released in 2014. The game apparently fell into development hell for a number of years, and it was unclear when it would actually be revealed to the general public.

Luckily, the game was officially announced last year at The Game Awards 2022 and will be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X at some point before March 2025, pending any delays.Zelnick was asked about potential delays by IGN and stated that Take-Two feels “really stable right now,” but that there was “always the possibility of some slippage” even though the “teams seem to be functioning really well.”
